Donna L. Green

Donna Green practices exclusively in the area of Divorce and Family Law. She handles cases of divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, child support, premarital agreements, legitimation, paternity, domestic violence, and other complex family law matters.

Donna works closely with experts in a variety of fields, such as psychology, accounting, health care, and real estate, to provide the best possible representation to her clients. She practices primarily in the Greater Nashville area, with the majority of her cases in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, and Rutherford Counties.

Donna is licensed to practice law in all the state trial courts of Tennessee and Georgia, as well as the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Courts of both states. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Education and Experience: Donna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a concentration in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, from Cornell University in 1990. After several years working in corporate positions, she attended Vanderbilt University Law School, graduating with a law degree in 1998. Donna worked as an attorney at Neal & Harwell in Nashville, TN, and at one of the most prestigious divorce firms in Atlanta, GA, before opening her own family law firm.
